Project Black

Game prototype for Fishlabs GmbH. I was responsible for setting up and leading the animation crew into pre-production. Here are some excerpts that we are allowed to share, even though the game itself unfortunately didn’t see the light of day.

Elite Cinematic

Prototype cinematic to showcase art direction and quality standard. I was the animation lead for this sequence, the animations were created by Jörg Droste and Mithun Monga. Art direction by Mickel Balloul, animation direction and cameras by Geoffrey Grandseigne.

NPC facial animation prototype

This is an early handkeyed prototype facial only animation I did to test our facial animation pipeline before preproduction. Art direction by Mickel Balloul, animation direction by Geoffrey Grandseigne. Lead character artist: Dario Furlan, prototype animation pipeline by Rene Neumann. VO and acting by Simone Cicconi.

Finisher Animation

This is a prototype animation for Project Black done in Maya by Jörg Droste. I was the animation lead for this sequence.
